Suryadeo Enterprises is a specialist construction planning and delay analysis consultancy. We advise contractors, developers, EPC firms, and infrastructure owners on how to plan complex projects with confidence — and, when programmes slip, how to establish the true cause, effect, and entitlement with evidence that stands up to scrutiny.
Our work is deliberately methodical. Every analysis we produce is grounded in contemporaneous records, aligned to internationally recognised protocols such as the SCL Delay and Disruption Protocol and AACE International RP 29R-03, and written to be equally useful in a project review, a commercial negotiation, or a dispute forum.
What we do
Our practice is organised around three service lines that together cover the full lifecycle of programme risk — from baseline planning through to post-completion analysis.
- Planning and scheduling — baseline programme development, resource and cost loading, progress control, look-ahead planning, and earned-value reporting.
- Delay and disruption analysis — Time Impact Analysis, Windows Analysis, As-Planned vs As-Built, and Collapsed As-Built methods, with quantum support for prolongation and disruption.
- Digital operations — planning, demand, and supply-chain operations for retail, oil & gas, and steel clients, delivered through our RangeSync/360 platform.
How we work
We lead with evidence, not opinion. Analyses are built from the project record, documented so a third party can reproduce them, and presented in language that is precise for a tribunal and practical for a site team. Independence is non-negotiable — our conclusions follow the facts, whichever side of the table they land on.

Suryakanti Devi — Founder
Suryakanti Devi is the founder of Suryadeo Enterprises and leads the firm's construction planning and delay analysis practice. She sets the technical standard the firm is known for: rigorous method, disciplined use of the project record, and reports written to be defensible under challenge.
She works directly with senior client teams on the engagements that matter most — baseline assurance for high-value projects, forensic reviews on programmes in difficulty, and expert support in formal proceedings.
Sourav Kumar — Co-owner
Sourav Kumar is co-owner of Suryadeo Enterprises. He brings deep operational experience across retail, oil & gas, and the steel sector, spanning commercial strategy, supply-chain operations, and large-account client relationships.
Within the firm, Sourav leads commercial strategy and client engagement and heads the digital operations line built around the RangeSync/360 platform. His industry background keeps our technical work grounded in the realities of how projects and supply chains actually run.
