This Privacy Policy explains how Suryadeo Enterprises ("we", "us", "our"), operator of the RangeSync/360 platform, collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use our website and services.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email address and password hash you provide at sign-up.
  • Business data: stores, products, images, surveys and responses you upload or create.
  • Wallet & billing: top-up records, transaction history and invoice metadata. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
  • Usage & device data: pages viewed, actions taken, IP address, browser and device information — collected via server logs and cookies.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide the RangeSync/360 service (authentication, surveys, analytics, image hosting).
  • To bill your wallet and produce transaction records.
  • To send operational emails (OTP, wallet top-ups, survey invitations, security notices).
  • To monitor for abuse, prevent fraud and secure the platform.
  • To improve the product using aggregated, non-identifying usage data.

3. Legal basis

We process data on the basis of contract (to deliver the service you signed up for), legitimate interest (to secure and improve the platform) and consent (for optional cookies and marketing communications).

4. Sharing and sub-processors

We share data only with vendors required to run the service:

  • Cloud hosting and database providers
  • Object storage for product images (Cloudflare R2)
  • Email delivery providers
  • Payment processors for wallet top-ups

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data retention

We retain account and business data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at support@rangesync360.com.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, hashed credentials, role-based access control and audited backend policies to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure — you use the service at your own risk.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar browser storage for:

  • Essential cookies: to keep you signed in and remember consent preferences.
  • Analytics: to understand aggregate product usage.

You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the banner shown on your first visit and can clear your browser storage at any time. Blocking essential cookies may break sign-in and other features.

9. Children

The service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
