Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RangeSync/360 platform ("Service") operated by Suryadeo Enterprises ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rangesync360.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Usage-based pricing & wallet

  • The Service is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. Current per-product and per-response prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.
  • Wallet top-ups are prepaid credits used to fund survey runs and storage tiers.
  • Prepaid wallet balance is non-refundable except where required by law. Unused credits do not expire while your account remains active.
  • Taxes (including GST) apply as required by Indian law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, scan, or compromise the Service.
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the data, images and survey content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

6. Consultancy engagements

Where Suryadeo Enterprises provides construction planning or delay analysis consultancy in addition to the Service, those engagements are governed by a separate written agreement that prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.

7. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Suryadeo Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (billing, liability, disputes) will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service.
